Assignment

Curating a journey to Madrid to show intellectual delights, introduce our clients to the vivid art scene of Madrid, show architectural highlights, introduction to the interesting food scene of the city and give an overview of the cultural diversity of Madrid.

Execution

From research to curating, to planning, to organising the journey. Highlights were the visit of Open Madrid, a project where artists open their studio for the audience. Special mention deserves the outstanding Artist Jacobo Castellano. Added focuses where the Museums, like the Reina Sofia with a personal tour by us during the show of William Kentridge, and the Prado Museum, where we concentrated on the most important paintings by Velázquez, Goya, Bosch and Espinosa. Additional gallery visits where on the itinerary and architecture highlights where Park El Retiro and Caixa Forum. Not to be forgotten: the introduction to the food scene of Madrid! The program ended with the visit to Arco Madrid, the leading artfair for contemporary art in the Latin World.
